Identify at least 3 symptoms each of hyperarousal, hypoarousal, and optimal arousal.
Identify 3 ways identity factors shape nervous system responses and movement between arousal states.
Use a symptom-mapping worksheet to assess nervous system states and categorize at least 3 coping skills appropriate to hyperarousal, hypoarousal, and optimal arousal.

Her background equips her to teach clinicians how to understand arousal states, strengthen regulation interventions, and improve treatment engagement and symptom reduction.
