Most Sessions are Virtual
Initial Consultation: I offer all clients an initial video consultation (approximately 15 minutes in length) that is free of charge. During this call, we will discuss what brings you to therapy and I will answer questions you might have. If we feel it is a good fit after our phone consultation we can schedule an initial video session.

EMDR intensive involve the time listed as well as pre-session meetings and pre-session exercises. EMDR intensive sessions can be done outside of actively participating in therapy or for someone in treatment with myself or another therapist, option will be discussed during initial free 30 minute consultation. Home sessions are a possible option in Ca and NV.
