I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over a decade of experience providing therapy services. My expertise lies in EMDR therapy.

I am passionate about helping people move past negative and overwhelming thoughts that hold them back as well as working with those seeking both relief and personal growth.
 
I specialize in working with clients who are struggling with burnout, anxiety, stress-related issues, trauma, attachment, relationship issues, and ADHD.
