Initial Consultation

I offer all clients an initial phone or video consultation (approximately 15 minutes in length) that is free of charge. During this call, we will discuss what brings you to therapy and I will answer any questions you might have. If you feel it is a good fit after our phone consultation we can schedule an initial video session.

Rate

$175 per 50-minute session.

EMDR Reprocessing Rate

$225 per EMDR reprocessing session (This is for reprocessing sessions only, not for all EMDR sessions. This will be discussed if EMDR is part of your treatment)

Sliding Scale

I do have some spots available for sliding scale for those who qualify.​

Insurance

I do not accept insurance at this time. However, if you receive Out of Network (OON) benefits from your insurance coverage or have an HSA account I can offer a receipt with appropriate details for you to request reimbursement from your insurance carrier if applicable.

HSA: Health Savings account 

I accept payment via Square invoice for HSA cards or I can provide you with a receipt for you to request reimbursement.
